Processing Time
All Welltek orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple products they may ship separately and arrive on different days depending on availability and supplier location. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Welltek is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased carrier volume. We recommend placing orders at least 2–3 weeks before a holiday to ensure timely delivery.
