Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order? Simply browse our collections, add your chosen products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly so please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to make changes.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We never store or have access to your full card details.
Do you offer installment payments? Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments which allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Simply select Shop Pay at checkout to see if your order qualifies.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order please contact us.
Why does my tracking show no movement? Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days please reach out to us directly.
Products & Usage
Are your products safe to use? Yes. All Welltek products are carefully selected for safety and quality. LED light therapy devices are non-invasive and safe for all skin types. EMS and red light therapy devices should not be used by individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, or during pregnancy without consulting a doctor first.
How long until I see results? Results vary by product and individual. Most customers notice immediate results with tools like ice rollers and massagers. For LED light therapy and hair growth tools, consistent use over 3–6 weeks typically delivers the most visible results.
Can I use multiple Welltek products together? Absolutely — in fact we recommend it. Our products are designed to complement each other. For example, using the ChillGlow Ice Roller after the LumiLift Pro LED Massager enhances results significantly. Check our bundle collections for curated product pairings.
Do your products come with instructions? Yes. Every Welltek product includes a user guide. We also include usage instructions in every product description on our website.
Are your LED devices safe for sensitive skin? Yes. LED light therapy is non-thermal, non-invasive, and clinically proven safe for all skin types including sensitive skin. If you have a specific skin condition we recommend consulting your dermatologist before use.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Welltek products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
How do I start a return? Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
What if my product arrives damaged? If your product arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Do you offer gift wrapping? Gift wrapping is available on select orders. Look for the gift wrapping option at checkout or contact us directly for special gifting requests.
