Our 30-Day Guarantee
At Welltek we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will make it right. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility For Returns
To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original or gently used condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- In original packaging where possible
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Consumable products that have been opened (e.g. essential oils, hydrogen tablets)
- Items marked as final sale
How To Start A Return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and a return shipping address
- Package your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 3–5 business days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If your return is approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
We will send a replacement item at no cost to you or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item please contact us immediately through our Contact page. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product, damaged item, or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
